Get contact

Example Zap:
When a deal is updated in HubSpot, retrieve the contact from ChatWerk and enrich the deal with additional contact attributes.

Typical use cases:

• Enrich CRM records with ChatWerk data
• Sync custom contact fields
• Use ChatWerk attributes in conditional Zap logic

Import contact

Example Zap:
When a new customer is created in Shopify, import the contact into ChatWerk.

Typical use cases:

• Keep ChatWerk contacts in sync with external systems
• Prepare contacts for future messaging
• Centralize contact data across gateways

This action does not send any message to the contact.

Send message template

Example Zap:
When an order is shipped in Shopify, send a delivery update template to the customer via ChatWerk.

Typical use cases:

• Transactional notifications
• CRM-driven follow-ups
• Automated updates from e-commerce or support platforms
